  1. So what kind of initial investment to you need for this kind of investing?
    My current job pays (theoretically) 100K a year. Can that be mirrored eventually by this kind of investing, and how long would it take?

  2. Dividends definitely don’t you wealthy quickly but it’s a great strategy for SOME of your investments. I also consider it a semi-emergency fund. I wouldn’t want to count on it for my housing or food needs but it can assist if you need it now.
