  2. They always miss the mark on every project. I haven't seen one vid where there weren't obvious mistakes made. This one being the tiny kitchen and the stale gray and white color scheme, as well as the wimpy looking front entrance posts.

  3. A laundry sink, shelves hanging rod and a table would be great. A window too. Laundry is a thankless chore anyway, should make it more inviting… If money and space available. Just giving you youngins' more ideas.

  4. I guess that's a kitchen for people that eat most meals elsewhere. Kitchens are usually busy rooms and especially so when people are over and holidays. It's cute but…

  5. I don't care for the vertical tile. Horizontal is far more pleasing in the eyes. Definitely the right idea on adding the front "porch" roof although, a significantly longer and a few feet wider would have given the house a friendlier look and feel. Porches, alleys, and sidewalks were such nice things. Porches were a great place for little kids to play on for outside time while mom was homemaking. Fenced in back yards too.

  6. The mess and yuk at the beginning is the "we cleaned it" thoughts of whomever the last resident was. Imagine how gross it was before they cleaned.

  7. 🤔🤔🤔🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ NO, JUST NO..

Main bedroom windows are way too small and too close…when y'all had the option of woder more spaced apart windows, given the fact that you converted a garage.🤦🏽‍♀️👎🏽
You made smaller the kitchen with 😤😤😤 taking the window out…..
Kitchen windows are a NECESSITY…you want to keep as much space "OPEN SPACE as possible….should've widened the kitchen between the family room….the more inviting and open, the better the views and buyers…🤦🏽‍♀️😤👎🏽
The outside of the house "CURB APPEAL" is supposed to draw potential buyers in…
Painting the outside of the house BLACK, was a BIG NO NO…
Makes it more GOTH, than INVITING and family inviting..🤦🏽‍♀️😤👎🏽
    Where's the bathtub?🤔🤦🏽‍♀️😤👎🏽

As much as I love and enjoying watching your flips, this one isn't it…
It's not what you'd live in, but what potential families would live in…
And he needs more say in the designs and flips….
As much as I really love them as a team, she's too CONTROLLING over the say so of the entire flip…🤦🏽‍♀️😤👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

  8. Hideous. Completely failed with exterior, I mean failed… Black looks awful with the "copper" or should I say awful brown. Never paint the whole house black and have a brown roof. No, just no. And white windows, seriously. All different shapes and sizes too… UGH. If you want the moody look, EVERYTHING should be black. Windows don't match the attempted style of the house at all. Grey floors are so ugly, already dated. Back splash should be canceled, looks cheap af. Actually all the tile everywhere is pretty bad. All black house with a bunch of colorful tile inside is not cohesive. Also when you "flip" a house make sure to do some landscaping, all you did was add some dirt and fill it with weeds. Rip up the cracked concrete outside too and take out that ratchet fence. Just really bad guys. Poor design. Oh the fridge next to the stove was pretty neat too. Nice touch. Just trying to give some feedback so you don't mess another one up 🙂

  9. that is so awesome. such an improvement. however, you need a door to the master bathroom. now you can't get dressed or put clothes away while someone's using the bathroom/shower. also the smell in your clothes.

  10. I had a house with the exact same floor plan. You match almost identical to what I was dreaming for the space. One thing to point out in the new Primary Bath, there isn't a shower curtain or a glass door. What is the plan to deal with that?

  11. With all the mold you find in these houses you flop. You have to start wearing safety masks. You breathing in dangerous mold spores.

  12. Well the inside is beautiful the kitchen has its critics and they may be justified but you did the best with what you had. Painting the house black should be illegal though thats a crime what you did to the exterior lol

  13. This is a good book. Does provide a step by step introduction to how to build things , also does offer some steps. Includes pictures to give you ideas for layouts and such. If you are looking for a guide, this is not exactly what you want. But if you are trying to familiarize yourself with the way that pole barn building and other out buildings, are made, then this will work just as you need it to. A few things in this book are a barn (of course), detached garage, storage building, and coops.

  14. How was it worth $350,000 when they bought it? I’m from Ohio and I know their in Austin TX, but at least where I live that home would be probably worth around $100,000 maybe.

  15. Pros of this flip: The interior It's beautiful, beautiful color pallet, nice floor plan, love the add-ons are on point. CONS are the exterior needs more accents of brown copper added to the black exterior to balance features and style of the house, to keep the house from looking like a dungeon. "Respectfully said".

  16. 😍
The stove next to the fridge- big house maybe big cooking- you need space for your pots and pans on the stove.
Master bedroom- keeping the same long windows across the front of the house would have been ideal
But it is a great house to have 😊

  17. Kitchen was way, way, to small. It looked like a small apt. size. Also not enough cabinets for a family. Where do they store can good, and more of everything else. KITCHENS and BATHROOMS sell a house.

  18. crypto currency is utimately becoming the
sure and quick way of making more money
by wise individuals who love investing to
always increase their wealths. it is no doubt
that some few wise individuals are secretly
becoming rich without any hard or physical
job by investing in crypto currency and
Forex while majority are financially stagnant
because they arent exposed to investing.
this is the secret between the poor remaining
poor and the rich becoming richer without stress.

  19. LOVE the new porch addition. One reason I hate ranch homes is they’re “flat faced”. Lol Where is the landscaping? Here in MO, I did my huge planter beds for $1200 and our big modern farmhouse is 112’ long! A couple hundred dollars would make a huge difference against that black facade.

  20. Love the inside. Too much black outside. I would have liked it if youd painted the front door a fun color. Maybe teal to match your inside color story? Overall very nice work though.

  21. Guys! 1100 square feet is not tiny!! 500 square feet is tiny. Let's keep a sense of proportion and don't let our imaginations run away with us. I should say a sense of reality

  22. I usually like your work, but this one is awful. From the charred exterior to the lack of functionality throughout, this project screams low budget. That kitchen!
